1- Return policy:-

Replacement is made in all cases except for the following cases:
- It is not replaced due to misuse if damage occurs to the product... for example (cutting - breakage - improper use) by the customer.
- It will not be replaced if any of the product's attachments or other accessories are missing.
- Consumable parts not covered by the warranty are not replaced.
4- General points:-
- If the product is returned to us, the product will be inspected within 72 working hours.
- The order is carefully examined, and if approved, the product is received for verification, and if the problem is proven, a refund is completed within three working days.
- In case of exchange, after receiving the returned product, the new order will be shipped within 24 hours of product inspection.
- If the order is shipped or a waybill is issued and the order is canceled or the delivery team does not respond, the amount will be refunded after deducting the relevant shipping fees, in order to ensure an easy and transparent shopping experience that meets your expectations.
